Belmont Accord
History

A call for Unity

After Dr Teck Khong was elected leader of the Alliance for Democracy and Freedom he launched the Belmont Declaration on 25th September 2021 at the Belmont Hotel in Leicester where he invited several prominent anti establishment political parties to talks designed to bring unity among disparate groups, to work together to form an alliance, to effectively challenge the establishment and legacy political party stranglehold on democracy and national progress.

ADF Party Meeting in Bamber Bridge Preston

Formation of the ADF Party

After successive changes of government, four patriotic activists who were experienced in various aspects of politics – Mike Hookem, Keith Lonsdale, Ernie Warrender and Paul Goldring – decided after the 2019 General Election that it was time to challenge the globalist influence which increasingly interfered with our personal autonomy and national sovereignty. They formed the Alliance for Democracy and Freedom (ADF) and invited Dr Teck Khong to join them.

When the application for registration of ADF was submitted to the Electoral Commission in 2020, the word ‘party’ was deliberately omitted from its official name for a specific reason.

The founders of ADF wanted to emphasise the mission of a political alliance of various patriotic groups and individuals but without any partisan bias; it was to be more of a solidarity movement than a party that champions the restoration of democracy and the assures our freedom. The words Alliance, Democracy and Freedom became totemic expressions of the fledgling party’s ambition.

However, the realities of egotism and arrogance of political personages are veritable hindrances to achieving unity of purpose, so vital in fighting the incursion of globalists’ Stakeholder Capitalism in its various manifestations and their covert affiliations.

To counter such perverse influences over British politics, it became clear to ADF that they must focus on grassroots momentum, clear messaging, and strategic alliances.

A Call for Unity

Apart from its unique ethos and organisation, ADF embarked on its other approach to build a compelling platform of national solidarity around the patriotism of loyal British people. Dr Khong therefore launched the Belmont Declaration on 25th September 2021 and invited the participation of Reform, Reclaim, UKIP, Heritage, Time and SDP. Time merged with ADF in November 2021 while in the following year, Freedom Alliance agreed to a merger but changed its mind at the eleventh hour.

On 6th April 2024, Freedom Alliance, English Democrats, Putting Crewe First and Populist Party agreed to join in the Belmont Accord. Since then, Sovereignty Scotland has been admitted to the partnership. Without the benefit of mainstream media publicity and financial support of major funders, the Belmont group of parties fielded a total of 35 candidates in the 2024 General Election.

Progress and mission

Belmont Accord partners support and cooperate with the Yellow Forum which is managed by Richard Jeffs, and together they highlight the harms, anomalies and hypocrisy of globalist agenda and policies such as open borders, protecting elite interests, putting illegal migrant needs over local people’s needs, fomenting unrest in the process.

Belmont Accord partners will not be deflected in demanding accountability from Uniparty politicians through Freedom of Information requests, scrutiny of public records and investigative journalism. Crowd-sourced efforts on X can uncover conflicts of interest or funding ties to globalist organisations.

Belmont Accord Future

Our mission for unity

Currently the Belmont Accord has six member registered political party members and we continue to develop and grow. In addition to the six in this group, we also work with many other political parties and organisations, who are working for positive political change in the UK with freedom of speech and open political debate at the centre of our mission.

We call for other political parties and organisations to join us and present a united front in opposition creeping authoritarianism in governemnt, from the legacy parties, all too comfortable with the influences exerted from Globalalist ideologies, acting to strip us of our our individual rights and liberties.

To those we have engaged in discussions with, our hand of friendship and unity is still open to you, and we call on you to revisit talks with the Belmont Accord and join us in solidarity against a government and elected opposition parties who are failing our nation and its sovereign people. Our situation is urgent, there is no time to waste, and we commend our blueprint for political cooperation of different parties with 95% of the same political principles as you.

No one party can beat the establishment, but an alliance can.
